The hotel offered a great range of food options for both breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed the diverse cuisine and the quality was impressive. The facilities were well-maintained and the parking was convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was easy to travel to the beach, nearby bazaars, and restaurants.
Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is very family-friendly with great entertainment options for all. the beach is beautiful, although the stones can be hard to walk on when entering the sea. In the dinner, everything is good, and the fresh fruit selection is excellent. the bazar close to the hotel is easily accessible.
Some staff members have poor communication skills and struggle with English or German.

The pool area was fantastic with two pools to choose from. The animation team did a great job with fun daily and night activities. The location was also great, right on the beach with stunning views and plenty of water sports available.
The food was average and could have been better for a 5-star hotel. The room service was also disappointing with some basic amenities such as toiletries not being provided regularly. The hotel could improve on the communication with guests as some issues were not addressed promptly.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the variety of facilities offered by the hotel. The different pools and jacuzzis were well-maintained and the beach was right in front of the hotel, which was great. the food selection was extensive, especially during festive dinners, and it was always delicious. Proximity to the town center was a key advantage as we enjoyed exploring the local market and cafes.
The staff really struggled with speaking English and communicating with us which made our stay somewhat uncomfortable. , the wifi was very slow and weak, making it difficult to keep in touch with loved ones during the holiday season.

We had a luxurious and relaxing experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were just what we needed. the Spa & wellness centre had amazing services like full body massages, facial treatments, and Turkish baths. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the sun terrace, and the garden area.
The location was not ideal, as we could not find much to do outside of the hotel. this did not impact our experience much since we were able to enjoy all the amenities the venue offered.
